Each CIDRBOX we ship introduces you to a cidermaker who is a credit to the craft of hard cidermaking in America, and every Cider Session we share brings you closer to their craft. Your CIDRBOX includes their best work: An assortment of beautifully balanced ciders that rival fine wine and complement your table.
Our May CIDRBOX was curated by South Hill Cider and shipped direct from their cidery in Ithaca, New York • Curated by cidermaker, orchardist, and apple-hunter Steve Selin, these celebrated, limited run ciders showcase the terroir of New York’s Finger Lakes region and range from dry to off-dry and from still to sparkling.
Listed as one of the world’s best ciders, Castle Hill takes an apple-centered approach to cider making with the aim to bring out the best of each year’s harvest.
